Hotel was easy short walk from Southern Cross station. Breakfast at Salted Egg was innovative with Asian influences evident in most of the cooked breakfasts. Chilli scrambled eggs with crab were fantastic. Small gym on 29th floor and reasonable swimming pool on 28th floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room with amazing views. Very comfy bed & pillows (although not the bed configuration we requested). Close to Southern Cross station, Southbank and trams to get to part of the CBD you wanted to visit.

We loved the view from the 23rd floor room we had. The room was lovely and bed really comfy. Location was perfect for exploring the CBD on foot and for hopping on the bus or tram to Fitzroy/Collingwood/Brunswick.

Great location near the station and plenty of trams running just round the corner. Very good price for a nice room with funky decor on the fourth floor for our long weekend in Melbourne. Lovely view from the heated pool.

Location was superb. Flat screen smart TV was HUGE and had all the bells and whistles you’d want for streaming. Onsite restaurant and bar were both amazing. Pool (that I didn’t use) was nicely heated and would be good for a dip. They use Kevin Murphy for body & hair care which I love and was super luxe. Had everything you needed amenities wise. Bed was large and super comfortable. Compact but thoughtfully designed room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy and quick, they even had my room ready early which I appreciated. Highly recommend this place!!

The corner room offered fantastic views over the city. A great place to enjoy the first coffee or the last wine of the day. The location is convenient to reach everything by foot or by tram, which is located right around the corner.

Considering this is the third time I have stayed here and it will be three of many more as when I find a hotel that suits my needs I tend to make it home. At the end of the day it’s all about friendly and approachable staff and wear rooms. You can just chill and relaxing.

The skyline view was stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offered an uninterrupted panorama of Melbourne’s western cityscape, especially gorgeous at sunset and after dark when the city lights come alive. If you’re someone who appreciates a good view, this room delivers in all aspects. The addition to the bath to the room it allowed for some much needed R&R alongside some great Kevin Murphy hair/body products was quite lush. Speaking of Lush! They had the option for Lush bath bombs for room service which I thought was a great addition. The colour palette noticed of pink and blue was a great nod to Asian culture of fortune and joy. The bed was perfect with a great array of pillows and the room was quiet despite its central location near Southern Cross Station and Southbank. The mini bar options aligned with the southeast Asian touch of the hotel with some goodies you wouldn’t normally find in a regular mini bar really making it a stand out. Friendly staff and prompt service made my stay even more enjoyable. The onsite restaurant Salted egg had a great menu with beautiful dishes and cocktails to go along. Breakfast continued with southeast Asian themes and some basic items - something for everyone. This hotel is recommended for a relaxing weekend in Southeast Asia without having to get a passport.
